At Detroit Different, every piece is made and packaged with care to ensure you receive a product that meets our quality standards.
Processing Time
• Standard processing is 3–7 business days before shipment.
• During peak seasons, drops, or special releases, processing may extend slightly due to order volume.
Shipping Time
• Once processed, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–9 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Detroit Different is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because each piece is made individually when ordered, we use the following return guidelines:
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no additional cost once we receive photo verification of the issue.
Size Exchanges
Since every item is crafted specifically for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. If you have questions about sizing or fit prior to your purchase, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help.
